Prekės Aprašymas
"The Deutz Brut Rosé 2005 is produced exclusively from pinot noir grapes, from the Montagne de Reims (80%) and the Vallée de la Marne (20%). More specifically, terroirs which evoke the nobility of this variety: Ay, Mareuil s/Ay, Bouzy, Ambonnay ... The specific nature of its style and its appearance comes from the addition - during blending - of about 9% red wine from parcels of vines from the Côte d'Aÿ. A wine produced by Deutz and which comes from parcels of vines which are generally older, where the maturity of the fruit guarantees the delicate aromatic complexity of the final blend. After maturing for 4 years, the aromas, which are perfectly founded, offer the wine lover a truly harmonious bouquet, which emphasises both the subtlety and the power of a noble pinot noir. Champagne de gastronomie per excellence, it is the perfect accompaniment for salmon with mushrooms, beef wellington, duck in canberry sauce, rack of lamb, or pigeon stuffed with cherries. Turning to Asian cuisine, it is a sublime accompaniment for small kebabs: Yakitori, Ebisu ... . or the iodine flesh of some sushis. As dessert : Gariguette strawberry mikado roulade." | Īpašums apraksts | The Champagne Deutz house was founded in 1838 in Aÿ, which is the earliest famous area of the Champagne’s vineyards. William Deutz and Pierre-Hubert Geldermann were the founding fathers of the champagne Deutz. Both Prussian immigrants, they opened an office, even if they did not own any vineyards. Subsequently, their son, René Deutz and Geldermann Alfred inherited of the house. They mainly developed the sales, especially with Great Britain, Germany and Russia. In 1906, their sons, René Lallier and Charles Van Cassel took over the head of the Champagne house. Then, they had to deal with difficulties that the champagne’s region faced at that time, including the riots of wine in 1911, which damaged infrastructures, vines and stock, then the 1929 crisis with its depression. When John Lallier, son of René, took over the direction of Deutz in 1938, he had to face a difficult period with the Second World War. However, due to the quality and expertise of Deutz house, the awareness of the brand grew. The son of John Lallier, Andrew, succeeded his father and became CEO in 1972.
